I started Harkins Agency after years of working closely with growing brands and realizing something important - many businesses don’t need a traditional agency. They need a partner.
Someone who understands the day-to-day realities of running a business. Someone who can think strategically but also help execute. Someone who sees the bigger picture while paying attention to the details.
My background is rooted in brand growth, marketing strategy, and event development. I’ve worked directly inside experience-driven and hospitality businesses helping to increase revenue, strengthen positioning, and build scalable systems that actually support growth.
Harkins Agency was created to bring that same thoughtful, embedded support to other brands ready to grow.
